Who is responsible

Enquiries and legal bases

We use your name, email, message, optional project type and language to respond and discuss your project. We also store an enquiry reference, dates, status and the privacy-notice version. Name, email and a message are required to use the form. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents or sensitive information.

When you request a proposal or service for yourself, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business representatives and general business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to respond to relevant communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Security and abuse prevention also serve our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry data or use this form for profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become client projects are scheduled for deletion six months after the last meaningful contact. Automated notifications do not extend that period. Client-project records are handled separately for the duration of the relationship and any applicable contractual, accounting or legal obligations. You can contact us about the period that applies to your project.

The application keeps duplicate-submission records for 24 hours, removes expired abuse-prevention counters during scheduled maintenance, removes accepted notification records after 30 days and keeps the administrative audit log for six months. Deletion from the working database does not itself erase separate mailbox, provider or backup copies; requests involving those copies require separate handling.

Services that process information

Hostinger hosts the website. Enquiries are stored in Supabase in Frankfurt. The owner receives a notification through Brevo in a mailbox provided by Google. That notification contains the enquiry reference and a protected inbox link, not the name, email or message entered in the form. Access to the inbox requires owner authentication and an additional verification code.

When enabled, Sanity provides public editorial content and project images. Do not submit enquiries or confidential documents through the CMS. Editors authenticate separately with Sanity.

These providers may process technical data and security logs needed to operate their services. Their processing and international transfers depend on the service and applicable contractual terms. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

Protection against automated submissions

Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you interact with the contact form or open the separate AI assistant. Our server validates a token before each submission. It sends the token to Cloudflare, not your enquiry or chat text. Tokens are not stored with enquiries. Pre-clearance is disabled.

Optional AI assistant

The separate AI assistant sends your messages and the displayed conversation history through our server to OpenAI when you press Send to AI. Use fictional details; do not enter personal, confidential or medical information. The assistant can be wrong and cannot make real bookings, payments or send messages on your behalf. Contact our team for an actual project.

Our application keeps the conversation and a signed temporary session in this browser tab, not in the enquiries database. Rate and budget counters contain no message text. OpenAI API data is not used for training by default. We disable response storage; abuse-monitoring logs may still be retained for up to 30 days, or longer when legally required. This is not a zero-retention service.

Demonstration and external links

The scripted booking demonstration runs in your browser. Its conversation and fictional booking stay in the current page and are not sent to an AI provider. Use fictional details.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you send there, including your phone number and available profile details. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms. Following links to Google Play, Figma or other websites also subjects your visit to their policies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to e.tikhnenko@domovoy.world and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.

We normally respond within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
